Description: Fixes wrong Panel Texture in v2.0. (light 'bleed-thru')

Updates you to Milton's re-released Panel Upgrade.

Adds more click-able Panel Gauges.

Reconfigured Mini-Panel, more useful Navigation pop-up gauges.

Link is incorrect. Despite my efforts to limit the number of times I altered stuff, the 'final relaease' became version 3.0

Owing to time constraints and lack of personal interest in flightsim at present, the v2 here at SOH is the final version (2.0 'fixed' , aka v3.0)

Otherwise you may grab the 'final' version at Simviation
