    Introducing WDS

    Hi guys,

First of all, thanks to Dave for inviting me to join the forums here to share my news with you. Secondly, i am new to this forum so a big hello to everyone.

For the last 6 years I have been a developer of airports at Orbx, some of you may be familiar with my work, but recently I decided on taking a slightly different approach. I have now left Orbx to pursue developing and publishing airports under my own new brand, White Digital Simulations (WDS) The press release is below.
If you feel this is something that would interest you, i welcome you to visit the new site and join the forum as i am keen to gain community input to help steer development.

"Introducing White Digital Simulations (WDS) a new FS company specialising in the development of ultra high quality airport sceneries for FSX and P3D. WDS introduces 'The Great Lakes' airport series, a collection of international and regional airports across eight US states and two Canadian provinces, the first of which being MBS International in Michigan, USA, set for release early this June. Following airports to be developed for the Great Lakes series have been put to a public poll on the new WDS forums, so visit www.wdsims.com and vote for your favorites.

WDS is also introducing a new modelling and texturing feature called HDX, which will provide a new standard for airport detail, as well as full compatibility with DX10, P3D and a number of popular 3rd party vendors products. Visit www.wdsims.com for more information."

    Russ,

Will you still be providing support and updates to the scenery that you have released under the Orbx banner?

I do still visit the Orbx forums to check for, and answer support issues relating to airports i developed, so yes. Although upon leaving Orbx i updated 4 of my airports with service packs to address accumulated issues, so there should not be too many issues moving forward.
