If you are using the new V3.2 then you will have to copy the lights section contents over to the new aircraft.cfg file (that is what it sounds like)
What I did, was to open both the 3.1 and 3.2 aircraft.cfg files and notate each at the top of each ( v3.1 or V3.2) and save, That way I know which version I am using.
Now I don't know if the Aircraft.cfg for V3.2 change appreciably but I backed it up and used the older V3.1 in its place. That way, I still have all the textures entries and the lights
entries. Btw I noticed that the smoke entries were calling on the CS130 effect file but it was not spelled correctly therefore, no smoke.
Note: I had deactivated (///) some of the line entries. I could of just removed them for clarity sake but this illustrates the old from the new.

Above is what I have in my V3.1 aircraft.cfg file. I ///hashed out a few entries to deactivate those effects.
[SMOKESYSTEM]
smoke.0=-10.271, -30.017, 10.052, cs130_smoke//fx_smoke_rx
smoke.1=-10.232, -15.416, 10.052, cs130_smoke//fx_smoke_rx
smoke.2=-10.232, 15.506, 10.052, cs130_smoke//fx_smoke_rx
smoke.3=-10.271, 30.002, 10.052, cs130_smoke//fx_smoke_rx
On the above, ^ is was misspelled CS130_smoke2; I took out the "2" and then when you fly the P-3C, Hit the "I" key for a few clicks or till you see black smoke billowing out the engines.
( never found in my effects file a CS130_smoke2 and I own CS130.
Hope this helps.
