Proposal: AVSIM Baton posting be moved to FS RTW Race forum

Folks,

The Avsim team is concerned about forum problems and are proposing to move our baton posts for this years race to another site. The reasons are explained here:

I have no issues with this.

We've used our SOH.net forums as back-up for race posts when we've had issues with the main forums.
