Would be very nice if someone could help me out.

    Thanks in advance

Try this. Actual photo rather than decal sheet.
This one is on the tail of a Mig-12 but the HävLLv 31 (31 Squadron) flies FA-18s now.

@fsafranek: Thanks you very much!! I already had a similar picture but this one is even more detailed- PERFECT

    @000rick000:
If you mean the general scenery: i use FTX GLOBAL + VEKTOR + LC EUROPE + Orbx Trees
The airport: Sonderborg from VIDAN Design.
Grafics enhancement: PTA with a preset from Novation ( http://www.avsim.com/topic/490178-pr...presets/page-2 )
And of course all in P3Dv3

I hope that's what you asked for?

    Regards,

    Christoph

  8. #133
Christoph, Rick asked what kind of Global Env (enviroment) texture you used.

    Cheers,
    Hank

Outstanding work Christoph. It is now one of my favorites, forever to find a home on my hard drive.

What Henk said! There are 2 files that control the reflection on aircraft and one specifically for "Chrome" (unless you use P3Dv3 Dynamic Reflections). Was curious if you replaced these with custom ones?

@hae5904: Thank you for the clarifacation

@000rick000: To give (finally) an answer: Yes I am using dynamic reflaction in P3Dv3 (highest quality). But banjoman1960 also gave me an ENV-texture which is included in my paint.
@fuzz1: Thank you very much for your nice feedback! Always nice to hear.

    Greetings,

    Christoph

Hey Christoph - the Lufthansa looks lovely. Have a big soft spot for the classic European schemes, and with most of my non-military simming taking place in early 60s Calclassic airports, that scheme is perfect.

I can't remember where I read you were thinking of a Swiss DC-3 - I can't find it now. Is HB-IRN one you're open to? It sure is lovely ...

Would certainly get used on the Zurich - Geneva milk runs ...

thanks again for all your work!

    Hello Daniel,

sorry for my late response but I was quite busy and yesterday the weather was to good for homework.
I have decided to keep it as pure and simple with the swith paint:

    Download:
    http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...d=184&id=21801

Not 100% retro. This is, how you could see the airplane in the recent time.

    Christoph

Thank you for the Lufthansa Livery. Since you asked in your "read-me"...would love to get a paint for the MJ's V3 of the early United Air Lines DC-3 Livery (see attached). Found one for V2 but I think an re-paint for V3 would be better. The paint on the wings and cowl, and the white top, were a carryover from the Boeing 247 and United got rid of that after the war (see attached 2). Would prefer the earlier version. 2nd request...would also like a Pan American livery from the 40's (see third attachment)...only one I could find for a MJ aircraft was for V2 with the newer globe...just not right. Click image for larger version.

    Eurofighter Typhoon - TaktLwG 71 „R“ - 31+06

    Hello again,

it has been a while since I was activ in this forum. I almost stopped painting for almost half year.
This had different reasons but in the last time I realized that no painting is no solution for me.
So I fetched my bruches again and played around with Dino Cattaneao's Eurofighter Typhoon:
