While viewing my model for any long lengths of time, flying or otherwise in Prepar3D, I eventually get an annoying "ding ding ding" of which FSUIPC is telling me the memory is maxed out. Prepar3D is about to crash. From what I've read this is caused by the 32bit code not allowing the use of more memory than 4gb. Which was the same in FSX. This leads me to the settings/sliders for autogen, level of detail, and the rest found in the display area to tune them down a nudge. Now that I think of it, back when using FSX, I was having the same type of issues. Tweak this, tweak that. It seemed never ending. Which was the main reason I chose to move on to LM Prepar3D for my simulation experience.

I'll hope that LM fixed the issues of the notorious OOM in v2.0. 64bit would be a joy!

I imagine I better dial back some of the sliders and keep toes crossed LM can surpass this 32bit/4gb problem.

Maybe I should consider editing a few things again? http://kostasfsworld.wordpress.com/f...omment-page-1/
