The 110D is the CFS2 unfinished beta from here --- > http://www.mrjmaint.com/RegsHanger/G...n%20Garage.php
if you already have their fs2004 Me110 ; from here ---> http://www.mrjmaint.com/RegsHanger/G...4%20Planes.php then the panel and sounds drop right in.
You just need to write the UI lines in the cfg file and remove the dp file (cfs 2 damage profile).
Its a candidate for Shessi to fix up and finish that's for sure

The main reason for me to stick with FS9 are the aircraft which will not work properly in FSX(A)......
Dear Mr. Priller,
Its people's own choice to pursuit what is generally considered progress. But in general the things we loose by chasing progress, are part of what we call "the good old days" when things were much better.......
(the days you could still trust politicians and things were priced reasonably.........)
Cheers,
Huub
I was merely referring to technological progress inevitably meaning loss. In moving forward you always lose things. I went 64 bit and lost the most beautiful Phantom ever (Cloud9), but I'm not looking back: no more blurries, stutters and I now have brilliant framerates.
BTW: Politicians being worthy of our trust? They never have been. Ever. Politicians are the lowest of the lowest. The difference between then and now is that their deceipt and opportunism are now obvious and for all to observe.
But I guess we should take this somewhere else.
Priller
Hey Huub...
What model is that? Where did you find it? Just curious...

"El gato que camina como hombre" -- The cat that walks like a man
Hi,
The model in the picture is the very nice model from the Fokker D.XIII, done by Mr Ito. It is one of his last models and very nicely done. You can find the story of this revolutionary aircraft here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fokker_D.XXIII . You can regard it as a sort of research model for the Dornier Do.335 Pfeil.
Mr Ito's model has a very nice VC and with the beautiful textures done by Matt Wynn (one set with 5 historical ones and one set with 7 fictional ones) its a real gem.

Another elderly subject worth re-jigging. The Skua hasn't had much love over the years but it is an interesting aircraft. Jeff Marsh was the person behind this version and I think it must be around 14 years old!

There is a Fairey Battle on display in the Royal Military Museum in Brussels. Man, that plane is huge!!!

Its nice to see you picked up your old hobby again Paul! Do you remember this one? Still the best Dutch D.XXI for FS2004!
Cheers,
Huub
Perhaps, but also desperately in need of an update. I'd promise one, but the current project I just finished was two years in the making, and making sub-types is going to keep me busy for a while. I really enjoyed doing that little Fokker though. A very pretty aircraft.......
Paul
Paul,
When we first had contact about this model (15+ years ago), I could provide you only a little information. During the last 5 years many books have been published on this topic and I have every inch of the remains of the 229 on picture. Which led to this FSX model by Daan Kaasjager....
So when you need information for an update of you still beautiful FS9 model, I'm ready to provide it
Cheers,
Huub

Hey all...
Sometimes we're the statue, sometimes the bird. Bird is better.
Haven't been shooting stuff or breaking things with bombs, but
am doing a lot of flying lately, very satisfied with my FS 2004.
FS 2002 on occasions as well. FS-X was shelved, may get back
to it one day. Aerofly FS 2 deleted from M.2, FlightGear is cool
these days with much better scenery files globally and some
decent planes too. Here's some ACOF for yas, recent shots...
1- East of KBFF, Scottsbluff
2- Banking to KAIA, Alliance
3- Good one at KPUB, Pueblo
4- "Bingo" at KASE, Aspen

enjoy!!
have fun
Oh yes. Thanks Sascha. Am continuing to get much pleasure flying the old gal, a top favorite still. Even 15 years later my port engine "blows" after not strictly following takeoff procedure, though it's a very rare event these days. AndyG43 copy/pasted one of AFG's design team with words of flight simulator wisdom in successfully getting this gem of a simulation into the virtual air:

Am continuing to cherish the NAMC YS-11 in FS 2002 and FS 2004. Any happier with her and I'd have to be twins. Perhaps a nice set of those PSA skins soon for a breath of fresh air.
Some very recent ACOF captures...
5- Banking after taking off from KBFF.
6- Meandering around the Nebraska panhandle.
7- Too fast on final, flying mag 1.5x, 30 degrees of view both irl + simulation view.
8- Touchdown after some floating.

Heh... wrote about re-clothing her in PSA skins. Must have had my latest prostate test on my mind. Make that PBA skins. Nice set. Found 'em @ Virtual Eastern --> http://www.virtualeastern.com/fleet/ys11.htm
Moody outside here, ready to fly an early dawn jaunt across the local western Sandhills of the Nebraska panhandle. Long morning shadows showing them is always enjoyable... nice and curvy like Huub's avatar.
-9- Waiting for a skosh more light, runway 30 @ KAIA.
10- Banking around towards the east and the local Sandhills.
11- Lovely shapes of light and shadow this time of a.m.
12- Back to KAIA at breakfast time. Scrambled, 'taters, and toast if you please.
Am having this thing about coming in faster lately with flaps @ 20 instead of 25 or 30. Mixes things up a tad.
Thanks for looking. -dw
