I've rounded up the lads and we're off to Cardiff to join in the victory celebrations ;-)

    Cheers Sascha,

Almost as good as your Air Inuit liveries that I've already downloaded. I have a lasting affection for the 737-200 as it was the first aircraft I ever flew on way back in 1982. Britannia Airways - Bristol to Corfu - happy days indeed :-)

All paints with curves or wavy lines are really hard to do, imo the hardest!

In response to Taff's 'patriotic Welsh scheme....

With the demise of Monarch here in the UK.. Hamish Mcsween (the haggis breeding billionaire farmer) in the Perth area of Scotland, has acquired a few of their 757's, and being a canny Scot... not willing to pay for a complete repaint.. commissioned me to 'work something out'.... for the new Highland Air paint scheme on the bargain jets!

Malaga here we come.. bagpipes and all!!!

    cheers
    Dave

What a cracking repaint Dave. Just needs a few "Bells & Thistles" :-) Only kidding, looks great as is. Highland Air and Air Wales should rendezvous in Malaga - the Spaniards won't know what's hit them! :-)

Nice looking repaint? Is that a 787? and, if so, which one - freeware or payware?

    Dash 7 on short final

Milton's FANTASTIC Dash 7 just coming in over the fence.. And actually, this is my heavily modified one to use as an AI and replace one of the godawful default Dash 8's in my world!! It took a LOT of tweaking.. some bad language.. and a few "walk away..come back tomorrow" moments while editing the AIR and CFG files to make it work in the ai world.. but I'm VERY happy now.
And if anyone wants the cfg. you are welcome to it! I can post it here for copying and pasting!
PS.. FIRST AIR is my own invention,.. kind of a 'worldwide generic feeder airline that won't look too out of place anywhere in the fs world.. hence the LACK of a reg. on this airplane. :-)

    cheers
    Dave

My latest 206 scheme just flying along the coast

Well, after my marathon project painting EVERY scheme worn by TWA Constellations, I started flying my 206 again, and have now done three full civvie paints. Two retro 1967 and 1971 paints, and then decided to do something a bit 'splashy'..

A completely built from scratch repaint of the Bell 206 JetRanger with it's red on white base scheme adorned with ficticious FIRE-RESCUE markings, Queensland Fire crest, and Aussie reg. Although ANY reg and crest could easily be applied using the paint psd templates I have created. Even civil TV helo's!

Look at this helicopter as a member of the "supporting cast" in a TV show about Firefighters working in Northeast OZ.. :-)

@Wombat, Is that the Whirlwind by Ito-San (updated by Lionheart) or is the Whirlwind by "Classic Warbird Design Team"?

The CWDT one, was really sensational when it was released, as it contained an awful lot of (normally) hidden details!

    Cheers,
    Huub
