    Homebound.

BTW, yes Pete (@Motormouse), I did say IL-76, and I DO love me some Silk Liners!

IL-76TD-90 for FS2004; another work in progress by me.

    Platinum Wings Album Update.

    Good evening everyone!

Just had a chance to take a break from real world stuff and found some screenshots from last year I forgot to upload with the rest of the files. Thought I'd add them here for you folks:

    https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjA3zen

The last three shots are the latest ones. They are of the H1 pumping station in Iraq, but are representative of the line I've been working on for a while that goes from Kirkuk all the way to the Mediterranean.

Still haven't figured out a way to make the famous "Furrow" yet, but it would have been along the line connecting most of the pumping stations I've made so far. I would guess I would have to use one of the "dirt road" lines, but we'll see.

In any case, I'd have to get rid of the modern roads all over the place out there first. One thing at a time!

    Regards,

Very nice fox! Hopefully when it’s released it won’t be a study level add on.

    Thanks Alex
Since I'm more of a learning developer, and not content with overwhelming myself to death, this won't be study-level whatsoever. System wise, it's more on par with the default jets, i.e. not too complicated; just get up and go (though I may have to write instructions for the autopilot, which itself was a PITA to develop).

    Platinum Wings Album Update.

Awesome additions since last album release. Really enjoyable enhancements of vintage environment. But how many people would appreciate yout tremendous work? Experiences I made on other sites are simply shameful.

Yet another cargo run to the land of a million drums.
(not a joke; this Antonov was supposed to be in the 2002 Scooby-Doo movie)

When I was in the army, we used a song from that movie called, "Man With the Hex," as a running cadence. The cadence caller would call out one part of the song, then we'd call back the "question" part. Don't think we did all the lyrics, just went with the start of the song back and forth a few times!

An old lady in a new dress

It the VB_planes Me262 B-a1/U1 by Graham with some new paintwork.

For a model this age it even has an unexpected nice VC (I did raise the resolution for the VCs in the panel configuration file to 1024X1024)

    Still work in progress...

It took them ten years to restore G-HURI, you've got plenty of time yet, perfection should never be Hurri-ed.

UncleTgt has just released some very fine Fleet Air Arm repaints for Wolfi's TBF1c Avenger and Capt Kurt's F6F3 Hellcat for CFS2, although both planes and repaints work just fine in FS9, Thanks UT

Love the bits of detail there; the beauty of the Hurricane's skin goes beyond the fabric* of imagination!

Went back to work on the 262 and I need some time way from my Unity project. Was able to replace the FS98 gauges with some reskin and edit as needed .XML gauges by Hauke Keitel "KiDI" gauge textures MS CFS3 gauges

Using Tailhook animes to swap pilot models, remove gunsight and remove engine tail cones I can swap the model to look like the Repo 262.

Going to try and rework the VC cockpit MS has done something quick and dirty editing to it. I think they made it deeper down than it should be and that is why there is a big gap above the Ox? gauge on the left side where it meets the main panel.

Obligatory green and brown Me 262. Yellow 8 from the JG 7. Censored screen shot since I don't want imgur to get upsetti spaghetti.

Also anyone know about an auto extend/retract spoiler gauge? The wing slats use the spoiler and I sort of forget about them tell I start flying nose up / tail heavy because I forget to retract the wing slats.

    Hi Allen,
Very nice tex on those birds, like the Me Foundations one.

Make the slats as spoilers, and use this GC_Bf110 gauge which has the GC_Bf110!AutoSlat_Control gauge in it, put that in your panel.cfg....working slats.

    Cheers
