    Nice paint! It reminds me of this great scene from the movie "Fandango". Think this was a C-182 though. If you read the credits at the end of that movie, you learn that the Confederate Air Force did the flying.

    I hate to put a damper on proceedings but after 40+ years of working with or being around metals I have yet to see orange 'rust' on alumin(i)um! It just doesn't happen.

    You could have green or yellow showing for the zinc chromate primer or grey/white for the oxidized alumin(i)um but you would only ever see orange on iron or steel.

    Yeah I know....Like I said I still have a few thing to do to it......Addressing the rust is part of that.....
