Wake me up when they make an AH64D. Looking for something to replace the amazing Jane's Longbow.

that looks like a great add-on! I really like the exhaust effect. makes me wish I could fly a helicopter.

Why don't we EVER get copters like that in FSX ?
That starting sequence, with the sounds and visual effects, almost makes me want to buy that sim.

Yeah, and apparently the F-18 arrives only next (north) summer too. Right now my best hope is for the Coretex Designs Super Hornet for year's end or early 2014. Also looking forward to the MiG-21 Bis and the M2M Mirage 2000C.

ED needs to cut out this BETA crap and release a completely finished product. And for Belsimtek to release the Mi-8 (in pre-Beta form at that) without finished the Huey is absurd.

I was all set to buy the Hip after seeing how great the Huey was, but the lack of completion from both parties has me questioning that purchase.

Some great projects, but how much 'game' is in the DCS series... do people really do missions or fly online with others, or is it just an opportunity to sample realistic flight models and weapons delivery.

Looks like Belsimtek is kicking everybody's butt with two solid releases for DCS compared to zip for the rest.

Love DCS for what it is, but no sterile Russian sim is going to replace Longbow.

There are campaigns for each module, tons of online missions and a complex mission editor for you to create whatever mission or campaign you see fit.
