    Unhappy OT-Personnel

You all have been part of my family for many years and just wanted to share that my mother who was 96 years old took her last flight early this morning. She lived through many events none so moving as WW2. Her stories of what it was like during that time will be with me forever. The "boys" she use to say "so many boys lost their lives...." Please say a prayer for her and all those we have lost.

So much is lost with that generation leaving us.

So sorry to hear that, Ted. You have my prayers for the family and yourself and I hope so many memories of your mother will be good ones.

My thoughts with you...remember her, talk about her, keep a Picture of her close, include her past council in all your decisions and she lives and will be with you...They say "CLOUSER' To me thats the most cruel word one can say...it never closes.. not for those who love...She is in a better place now.She will pray for you!..A Moms love!

    My sincere sympathy

I hope you can give her permission to make her transition.
I hope you can remember the good things she gave to you.
And I hope that (after the tears and pain) you will find the strength to continue your path and by doing so honour her life (by showing how much you can give to this world and we at SOH know you have given a lot already).

I wish you all the strength you need these days.

Very sorry to hear of this, my deepest sympathy to you and your family.

My grandfather survived D-Day and was the finest man I ever knew. I'm afraid this Earth will never see another generation as moral or honorable as theirs.

    That was sad news.

My condolences to you and your family.

My sympathies Ted. Even when you know it's coming, it's still a great loss when loved ones pass.

    I wish you well.
