    Flight Replica's Me 109 Gustavs.

I have just uploaded the first two of many 109 schemes, last count showed 42 different schemes underway, many just waiting for a few tweaks, a few still need a bit more work to complete. Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Luftwaffe, POA, Romania, Swiss, and Yugoslavian. G2 to G14 types covered.

Here are piccies of the first two.

Steve, a relative on my mother's side was Gruppenkommandeur (Group Commander) I./JG54, Gerhard Homuth. I know he was shot down in Russia flying the Fw-190 and that in Africa, he flew the 109F. Would you have any info as to whether he ever flew a Gustav?

Lastly, a big THANK YOU for the Finnish G!!!!!

I will have a dig into my archives on JG54 and see if I can find anything. As for the Finnish, I have just about got another one ready, will get it done and up some time tomorrow.

Now I'm going to have to buy this plane, to utilise all these lovely schemes. Bugger!

Very Nice, Steve. Now I have to dig up me copy of the Flight Replicas Bf-109G (and me "K" model too). Seeing as how I have already downloaded all the paint schemes you have posted for the Gustav and she's NOT on the airstrip yet.

WOW! I really like the look of the night fighter scheme. Whilst the Spitfire was a very clean design with smooth classic lines, the Bf-109 had that sinister "no nonsense" warplane look right down to the last rivet.

    Stalin,

(Sorry, old habits die hard!) I fixed the picture on the RSI, but the Hungarian repaint is actually uploaded instead of that repaint. You should be able to fix it yourself. If you can't, upload it again and I'll fix it.

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest my unworthy armpits. I will re upload the RSI pack if you can remove the dodgy one. Sorry folks, I got distracted when uploading.
