    PDF viewer?

Any recommendation for a PDF viewer besides the one from Adobe? I downloaded the Adobe installer and it wants to install about ten other programs, from AVG Toolbar (no) to something called Webcake which, they say will "sweeten my browsing experience" (yeah, right, no thanks) and I don't remember the names of all the other stuff. It's unbelievable. I just want a pdf viewer.

    Another vote for Foxit.
My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

I use Foxit. Works well and behaves itself. Adobe is more like a virus than a program..

I got Adobe... and it works fine... just uncheck whatever it wants to "sell" and it will download just the PDF reader or whatever...
It is very sneaky... nowadays most "free" programs carry a bunch of crap... that, if you don't pay attention and read each menu that comes up during the download, will "enrich" your surfing experience....:isadizzy:
    Like the Bing bar, etc.
or, after the download... you can go to the control panel and dump whatever it installed with the reader...

Thank you for the info. Hate Adobe so Foxit will do nicely. D/L'ing now.

    Thanx again,

    Graham.
