ATC and Crew Programs

Just looking for some feedback on what programs y'all are using for ATC and cockpit crew. FDC Cockpit doesn't work with P3D, so it's out. I have It's Your Plane, and Vox ATC 6 now. Radar Contact 4 is integrated with It's Your Plane, Pro ATC/X looks promising, it's a little overwhelming.

I'd be interested to hear what your experiences are with these or other programs vis-a-vis stability, voice recognition or no, voice quality, suitability for VFR vs. IFR flight, how many aircraft are supported, ease of use, that sort of thing...
