    Just Flight weekend special

Just got email alert - Just Flight weekend special 2 for $33 from their 737, DC-6, A340, Comet, Connie or DC-10.
I'm thinking the Comet and DC-6 would be a good deal, but what do folks who own any of these airliners recommend?
    Thanks

I thought I would go with the (freeware) Manfred Jahn Connie, or is the JF version really that much better?
Also, can anyone tell me if the JF 737 is the same as the Captain Sim model?

Comparing the JF 737 to the CS one is like comparing a cartoon to an old master.
I think the Manfred Jahn Constellation is definitely better.
I do own the JF DC6 which has the only decent VC available until PDMG finish theirs.
    IMHO of course.

I have both the Manfred and JF Connie. They are different from one another but both have a place on my pc. I really like both of them and use them about equal. Of course you can never have too many Connies, to steal a phrase. Can not go wrong with either.

Thanks for the advice, gentlemen. :salute:
I think I'll wait on the JF Connie until I've more experience with Manfred's model. I'm certainly enjoying his work on the C-47.
So I can now 'invest' with some confidence in the Comet and DC-6.
    Happy flying!

On the 737 ?, wait for Milviz if you can. Other wise if ya need a classic fix payware CS737 wins over the JF. Also the CS737 can be equiped with all of the Canadian Arctic airline paints that where released recently, First Air, Air Inuit, and Air North.

Already had the Connie but I've been wanting the DC-6... So I picked it up in order to essentially get the Comet for free.

Are there any repaints for the DC-6B anywhere? Haven't run across any. I'd love to get a couple of military paints, but don't really want to spend another $16 on the expansion pack just to get the C-118s paints when I don't care about the other expansion pack features...
