Oh my! That is a beautiful model the wim. The brushes should flow smoothly over her skin.

Will start that one after finishing the G.1 book, but from what I've seen so far it's a good book about the D.21!

Yes, that is a nice book to read, lots of information kept it within reach during modelling this little godess

't will be busy in the paint shop though, as these two birds are aloso waiting for a fresh new plumage.

Although not decided yet which one goes first.

    Wim,

having recently been introduced to the joys of vintage Dutch aviation by Cees, I'm really looking forward to this one. Just need to Get GW3 back up and running and add Cees' scenery and various planes, including yours and Cees', great stuff.

    veel dank,
    Jamie

This looks really great - I love all these monoplane fighters with fixed gear and the D.21 looks to bea beauty!

I'd go with the Super U but it might be because of the 'cargo haulers' thread going on right now. Both of them are downright exquisite though.
BTW, the D.21 is looking good too! :ernae:

I was wondering wether Wim would post some screenies! I received a copy today, flew it, and man: you guys are gonna love this one! I think the only thing missing for Holland 1940 after this is the C.V!

The Super Universal. Big time pioneer bush planes here in Canada.

The two other planes look super-enticing, yet the SU for me is pure sentiment.

....And the FS9 crowd here is on a real cargo/bush haul right now.

Beautiful work, my respects the hours and craft it must take.

Looks great Wim. One small question; I see the model has a visor but doesn't have antenna mast. Do you intend to make a model with both as well?

    Cheers,
    Huub

    Ditto!

I'm happily waiting for the D.21 and passing time thinking about this:

I was fortunate enough to be around for bits of the restoration and the unveiling of "-AAM".
