How and where can I download the eto expansion

There is no cost to download.

Go to the Downloads tab, 3rd Party Downloads, then ETO/PTO/Sim-Outhouse.

Then four downloads you want are:

CFS3 ETO Expansion 1.0
CFS3 ETO Exoansion Cumulative Update 1.20
CFS3 ETO Expansion Cumulative Update 1.40 Install Pack
CFS3 ETO Exp Cumulative Update Hotfix 1.40 Install Pack

Yes, the ETO Expansion collection is large. Take your time downloading.
