Great aircraft, but perhaps someone can remind me why the close up appearance of the scenery for such installations is so bad cf. the background. Is there any fix for that as it looks so 20_ years old when we now have great aircraft and other CFS3 features?

    Alrighty then
Here's some more make believe with the He-162. I put these on hold a year or so ago while trying to isolate certain parts of the model in the M3D. Was going to seek permission from the author (Jerry Beckwith) at some point to upload stand alones when they were finished.

Keep them coming, Scott! I presume that is out of ETO? How does it compare with the MAW 43 model?

Yes,it is from the ETO expansion. The MAW 1943 model is a A-36. They fly about the same. Can't tell any difference. Enjoy the SU Mustangs too ,even though the MPH gauge is faulty. At least the models are nice. By the way, Love MAW 1943 and highly recommend it to everyone ! Regards,Scott

Immensely enjoy the new P-47's by Rene. My favorite aircraft of WW II done justice.

I was experimenting with the new large city textures at night, to see if the occasional memory overflow crashes were the same or not. The ambient visibility level didn't seem to make a noticeable difference. That made me wonder about the additional impact of my city lights mod, and I ended up with this pretty post war scene...

It really does drive home the point that the blackout was an absolute necessity during wartime.
