that really does look a lot better, Major
to get bit "sharper" the panel line and rivet patterns could solve the bump/normal map yet.
Nice looking P-51 . As usual coming from you. Can't wait to get my new rig so i can post nice shots too. Wish my aircraft looked so good...
the first one is really beautifull!

Have the correct markings for FP German aircraft. If you need them PM me. Regards,Scott
For anybody that needs them there is a download for correct German markings for FirePower Luftwaffe aircraft that can be found in the warbirds library section under CFS3 Netwings German skins. Did a search and found it there. Did not know SOH had it. Hope this helps anyone who wants to be historically correct with their German aircraft skins. A must have for me. Wow ! the stuff SOH has is mind boggling ! Find something new all the time ! Cheers,Scott
Are these mainly FP aircraft? What large bomber formation miossio9ns xml are you using here?

Thanks. Just wondered if a new large formation! The old Bf110 is looking good though!

Since I was working on the lights for the FP Me-410 series today, and we had 9 inches of snow outside I thought I would share the winter skin I just finished enlarging to 2048 x 2048. The most notable improvement I get from A.I. Gigapixel is that the diagonal panel lines lose their stair step look, and the circles get smoother.

@Mongoose
I agree with you james ! GC BF110 is still looks pretty till today with the new shader or without it !
@Majormagee
That's nice ! what if the next ETO patch series is an overhaul of all cfs3 aircraft collection with higher res skins major!!
Does anyone here have GC BF-110E without the fat "Whales" under fuselage version, i think it's only released for CFS2/fs2004 ?
Here's the fat "Whales" (i use skin from fsx version)
I use the Bf110E from MAW when I need one without the big belly
Which Bf110E is that because I thought this is the Bf110D done by GC but otherwise known as the "GC_Bf110D_R1_M8AL"

Visual Model and damage profile: Mathias Pommerien
Textures: Alessandro Biagi
Flightmodel: original work by Gregory Pierson, hacked by Babo Natale
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Beta notes:
Sound is aliased to the stock Ju-88, you may want to get a better sound off the www.
Virtual cockpit is a draft so far with some gauges thrown in, nothing spectacular, just a placeholder with some added functionality.
External model has three LOD levels so should be quite ok on framerates.
For the case you wonder, that pregnat belly under the plane is a fueltank cover, a socalled Dackelbauch (dachshund belly) holding several tanks with a total of 1050 Liters of fuel and 106 liters of oil in addition to the default load of 1870 liters fuel in the inner wings.
It's not jettisonable.
Flight model is a hack of an older AvHistory 1% Bf110G airfile by Gregory Pierson which has been severally modified to fit this model, so can no longer be considered 1%.
The finished plane inclusive state of the art cockpit, AvHistory 4.x flightmodel and all bells and whistles will be part of the freeware Mediterranean Airwar addon for CFS3.

There is also an ETO_Bf110D_R1 by NachtPiloten
=================
It does seem that other than those the only E versions I can find are MAW DR versions such as DR_Bf110E_G1_** to DR_Bf110E_G5_***

There is also a Bf-110E in the ETO expansion. There is also a night fighter version too there. A total failure as a escort fighter but a fair bomber killer and a excellent night fighter never the less.
Nice pics ! Love to see the "forgotten or overlooked" aircraft in action.
