Here are a couple that you don't see together that often. A Chinese P-43 Lancer, and a JAAF Ki-44 Tojo. They had surprisingly similar performance, and did meet in the CBI theater on a few occasions.

I've edited the m3d file to provide specular, and reflectance effects, as well as adding a bump map texture layer.

Not exactly, I've always had trouble with getting Rising Sun to run on my computer, so this is a hybrid install of everything I have for the pacific theater dumped into PTO.

I went to the National Museum of the US Air Force on Friday, and these photos

inspired me to add reflectance and bump map layers to this model.

That looks really realistic. Sets a bar for other aircraft mods.

Fantastic. Here is me in a P-38 after a QC with 110Gs. I got a hang crash on location too. The time before I selected Torino Italy, started over Fowlmere, it was marked blue when I returned. As I crossed the threshold to touchdown it hung and ran the CD rom. Worked fine on Kenley.

    A Few Vehicles

OK here are a few vehicles, some are Airfighter's

What I am finding is that in some circumstances the textures go wierd. Does anybody else notice that when looking at Airfighter55's vehicles? From some angles, the truck goes purple but looks green from other angles (1st Pic). But I am enjoying an install with a lot more vehicle variation than in the past, thanks to Airfighter

    And a Few more

CFS3 AI random spawning has a lot of life amongst the facilities these days....

By the way, have you seen this JagpanzerIV70 before? It is in the stock vehicle stable, but errors mean it does not normally appear unless corrections are made. (ie. my uploaded stock vehicle corrections)

I can very well understand those who regard the Friedrich as the best looking of the Bf 109 family. Were there ever any Channel front skins made for this model or was it Eastern front and Mediterranean only?

This one from ETO is the only one I'm aware of.

    Messerschmitt Bf 109F-4 Franz.

Hmm I have done ETO skins, but not sure if they have been uploaded or not, by the looks of it, not! : )
The trouble is, when new projects come along, unfortunately things like skin sets get pushed back, the Fw 190, and the current Spitfire that's in development were/are quite involved, and don't leave a lot of time for other things!

Rob might have a better idea of what is what, I'm just the decorator.

Ok me and Rob did start to do ETO schemes for this model, but it looks like it got pushed back pretty early on, as I can only find two completed skins, anyhow we will get back to it though.

Here's a few shots of the finished skins, they also have bump maps which will fit the earlier released skins too!

Hptm. Hans Hahn of III./JG 2, and Maj. Gunter Freiherr Von Maltzahn of Stab/JG 53.

I take it those aren't released yet? Is the 109 likely to be given the 190/spitfire treatment?

The Me-109 F is my favorite piston engine fighter of WWII. A ETO model would be great for the western front.

No James, not released yet. I can't speak for the other guys, but I would love this model to get the "treatment", we'll see?
