Thanks Joshua for trying the He 177 missions..
Yea the He 177 is a BEAR to get off the ground, I run up the throttles slowly, and off I go..
It is fun to fly Her..
Many Thanks to the Masters for this one..

Had a bad go with the download and install; re-downloaded finally after trying to fix it, and reinstalled. End of problem. Must have been a hitch in the download or in my copying files.

Once I finally got the HE 177 successfully downloaded and installed, the missions went fine, if you don't count how much trouble I have getting this bird off the ground!

I'll have to go back now and fly the missions some more and see if I can get off the ground without killing me and the crew!!!!!

Thanks for these missions, Owen: they are a real challenge!!!

You are Most Welcome, very grateful I am able to get back into my mission work..
Thanks to the Masters for this bird.
    :salute: :salute: :salute:

I haven't had any problem with take offs, but do run up the throttles slowly and hold the left brake as needed to keep her straight..

In this package of missions I have a couple of missions set up for this option, so you can do as the Germans did in several sorties..
    They will be included..

I have had no problems with the He 177, on takeoff's , Landing that is a different story..
Don't tell Ted and Jeff I already trashed this..
They said if I wrecked another plane that they would hang me by my furry feet in a tree..

It seems you've had this problem before, HH. Have you seen your optometrist lately?

Nothing wrong with my eyes, I see fine..
But still have trouble landing all the beautiful aircraft our Masters build for us.

At a complete loss here to sort out why??? :ques:

I think that these aircraft are just defective..

Just remember that you are supposed to be in the Luftwaffe, not the RAAF sport!

I think the aircraft might need a arrow this side up for Hobbits..

Flying inverted is how hobbits fly everything..
Heck can't see over the controls any other way..

I think you missed the need for hobbit landings, always so a hobbit can see where they are going..

Heck the landing gear is on the wrong side for a hobbit it seems..
    They must be defective..
