    Looking great. Your physical therapist will have you back on your feet before you know it. Hang in there!
    Expect banging, belching and an occasional manly fart as you roar down the runway at full power. (I have found that the engine can make similar noises)

    It's amazing how much muscle mass is lost through incapacity. Enjoy the Beamer.

    I know! I was floored to see how much muscle I've lost in the calf/thigh areas.

    Yep. I had 3 knee surgeries between August of '99 and September of 2000 and I've never regained the muscle mass in my right leg.

    If you look at my right knee you can see the scar from when they removed part of my patellar tendon to repair my right ACL in high school. I didn't have any issues regaining muscle mass. Hopefully I won't this time either.

    Aside from loss of muscle mass, your foot has a healthy pink color and it looks like the docs did a good job on your surgery. Do what they tell you and keep a good attitude, we're sure you'll make a full recovery. Then you can go stylin' and profilin' in that new car.
