Rear VC panning speed?

Wondering if anyone knows how to 'speed up' the pan rate in the alternate views..specifically the rear-seat VC view? I have been flying the Lotus L-39 quite a bit, and noticed that the VC pan rate when in the rear seat is very smooth and quick. If I try to pan in any number of other addon A/C i have that are rear-seat VC equipped, the panning action is very slow...Is this a 'camera' setting? or something else? Thanks in advance!

If I'm correct, try these settings in the appropriate "Cameradefinition" section (e.g., rear seat):

PitchPanRate=30
HeadingPanRate=70
PanAcceleratorTime=0
