Hey! Nice pics of the F-15 we have here at Kingsley Field!
I live just outside Klamath Falls, and we see the F-15's flying around all the time. Mostly in the pattern, granted, but there are times they are pretty low over other areas of this valley. They even do night ops, after publishing their hours and locations for the night flights in the news paper. No complaints from the public, either. This area is full of retired vets, and we love the F-15's, and their support personnel.
Thanks for the great pictures!

I LOVE it here. I moved up here from Yuma, Az, a place I despised from the first day I came down the hill on I-8, and looked out over the desert. Jan 1, 1980. Hated it from that day until we moved out forever. Nearly 30 years.
I wanted to move back to the San Francisco Bay Area, but I looked at a 1/4 acre lot in my home town. No services, no access road, nothing. Just a bare patch of dirt. $1 MILLION dollars. I gave up that idea pretty quick. This is similar, at least. Beautiful area, great people...
Have a great Memorial Day, and everyone give a few moments thought to our lost brothers and sisters.

What do have fighterpilots from BT have drunk (after flights) ?
Somebody should deliver some F-15´s to Australia...
The Aussies have just the right beer but not the planes...
When my father was in the 13th TBS and they had party's at the DOOM club, they would drink French 75's... with the ingredients being cognac, champagne and lemon juice.
Apparently, a very potent combination.

awstub - I think on this one here:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
50ml gin
champagne
ice
lemon zest
Method:
1. Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice.
2. Shake well then strain into a champagne flute. Top with a little champagne, leave to settle (as it will bubble up) then fill up with more champagne. Swirl gently with a cocktail stirrer then garnish with a strip of lemon zest if you like.
Cheers!
