In FSX, when flying Cessnas, you essentially 'pick your poison' when it comes to pilot eyepoint adjustment.
When you see well out past the nose of the aircraft for landing, ..... turning left or right will give you a beautiful view of the top of the side window frame.
When you see well out the side windows to admire the landscape, ........ looking straight ahead will make you feel like a one year old sitting without a booster in the front car seat.
The two view setup with keyboard shortcuts works well here : https://fsxtimes.wordpress.com/2011/...add-new-views/
So now you can have your cake and eat it too !........ or, umm .... your Cessna and fly it too !

A beautiful sunrise greeting, .... just minutes after KHQM departure, en route to KSEA in the Lancair.

Like Walter said when he started this thread: "Sometimes FSX is just too pretty, and one must take a screenshot"

Huub,
Good thing this thread is labelled as 'FSX Screenshots', because your pics above look like they came from MSFS with stunning colors, sharpness and shadows !
Very nice !![]()

Mike, Obviously we both love clouds
And not bad for a 16 year old flight simulator and an aircraft model from the same age.

I converted to P3Dv4 and added the Aerosoft DC-8 VC since CS still hasn't bothered to update their 707 VC.

Striker, listen, and you listen close: flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.
