A re-jig of Steve Bryant's lovely VA-52 FS9 paint to show her working on Kitty Hawk.. done to match the MV F-4J's NH codes. This completed.. the Kitty Hawk model which comes with the Aerosoft F-14 has no Phantoms and the parked aircraft are all NL code Oh the humanities!!!

Nice rework and screenshot Dave. Wish I'd known you wanted it, could have saved you some time. A good bit ago I converted my 3 repaints, VA-52, VA-65, and VMA-121, to FSX format and was planning a total rework/upgrade of the paint kit to 2048 until I got wind of a rumored new native A-6 model. Deep sixed that project and never uploaded my conversions. I still fly the bird. It's a good trapper!
Cheers,
Steve

D'oh!!
It's a great paint Steve and currently my favourite. As soon as I saw it, I binned my fiddle with the PK!! Now then.. VA-65 and VMA-121 you say. I don't suppose you could be persuaded to pass the conversions on. No problem if they're not handy.. I'll seek them out
EDIT: That is.. seek the FS9 paints out
EDIT#2.. Got 'em Steve. A few clicks through DXTBmp and they'll be good to go.

Yes, beautifully done re-jigging of Steve's paints. And I agree with Duckie's comment about the Intruder being a good trapper. It is a favorite of mine as well because I use the wingtip spoilers to adjust my approach speed. For me it is easier than using the throttle at that point. NC
Glad the FS9 repaints are working out OK Dave.
NC, I use the wing tip spoilers all the way down the pipe. Keeps the RPMs up for a go around or bolter, and if I need to dump speed I just ease back on the throttles till I get what I want. But the best approach is the one that works best for the guy at the controls at the time!
Cheers,
Steve

Yup.. I use the spoilers all the way down too. Tried variations on the theme but 'everything out' works best for me
Steve.. one thing I've not mastered is your tank setups. I get the right number of tanks but other ordnance too Need to read the 'distructions' carefully and omit shortcuts!!
