The RAT control is situated on the right cockpit wall.
In the picture, you'll see two switches outlined in red. The one you want is the upper one.

Thanks Dave, I tried opening the manual on the site but that didn't work. Right click and save worked better, all I have to do now is read it.

I love that screenshot, YoYo, but the crew could get more performance out of that 'ol B-29 if they had 4-bladers instead of 3-bladers. ; )
