    Matsu Class Destroyer

Mas San has released a Japanese Matsu class destroyer, very nice and frame rate friendly. I am a big fan of his work, has anyone else used it in missions?

    Matsu Class Destroyer

It's a keeper to be sure.

The Matsu class was a late war DD with reduced gun and torpedo armament on a lighter displacement than previous classes. I guess in comparison, it was more like the USN's DE classe of escorts.

The DP file for the ship is on the weak side as it can usually be sunk by just a strafing pass using .50 cal MGs. I played around with the DP file, but it's a bit beyond me. Perhaps one of our DP gurus could strengthen the hull a bit.

Here's a link for anyone wanting to pick it up:

    Fubuki Class Destroyer

If you're looking for new destroyers, don't forget to pick up TR's addaption of Walker's Shikinami, a Fubuki Class destroyer.

It too is a keeper and should find lots of uses in CFS 2.

The Fubuki class was the "Rising Sun" of Japanese destroyer design when launched and set a new world standard for DD power, size and offensive capability. The Matsu Class was the "Setting Sun" for Japanes DD design and was optimized for defense from subs and aeroplanes.

You can get it at Simviation. Here's the link:

    Good afternoon,

I absolutely love his stuff. Where else can you find a Russian battleship? :salute:

As an added bonus, they're also extremely FPS friendly!

The MARAT is the one that the famous Ju 87 pilot Rudel sank in Kronstadt-harbour with a 1000kg Bomb.
It was later salvaged again, though.

BTW: Is there a mission out there for this?

Thank u rammi for your offer , i appreciate your help; about Hans Rudel missions , i have a problem: he flown too many missions, and i need time to read all his book, for select about 15 missions. But my brother Francisco stealed the book and i must to finish the S.sakai campaign first.
