Douglas Kallen's Stearman

I finally decided at 5 am to return from my 3-4 month FS hiatus, and I'm damn glad this was the first plane I chose to fly. I've had it on my desktop since it came out, but just never felt the urge to go fly.... Crap was I wrong to wait. This is one of the best FS aircraft, and Best taildragger we have. I'd go on, but I'd be echoing what everyone else has already said.

Here are a few shots from my maiden voyage with her. However, my radios simply quit workin' once airborne. I checked all the battery, gen, avionics, and comm panel switches. All was well, but I just couldn't get it to tune back into Deer Valley. I tried just about everything while I orbited the airport; has anyone else had the radio fail?

Hi folks! First off my gratitude to Douglas for this superb stearman, wich does complement very well R. sanderson efforts and those of D. Eckert! Plenty of stearmans in my hangar! one litlle suggestion though, i know, this is only a matter of personnal taste, but could there be a version of D.Kallen's stearman without the "umbrella" thingy (not sure what it is) i only submit that without the A/C would be even nicer ;-)
