    Enacting Rule number 11

    Per the RTWR Rules

    11. Intentional Foul Play.

This Race is meant to be fun and light-hearted. If there is intentional foul play--and this must be obvious to everyone--then the Team may declare the particular flight "Null and Void" and ask the pilot to refrain from further participation. Foul play might include flying in the absolute wrong direction, or worse; it does not include cases where pilots do something suboptimal but well-intentioned. In such cases appropriate adjustments will be applied to make the victimized nearly whole.
jkcook28's leg has been ruled invalid by unanimous vote of the Team.

jkcook28 has been restricted from further flying in this practice until he successfully completes a cat scan. That or maybe a Frontal Lobotomy or was that the issue he had a Bottle in Front of him.

Either way the leg is ruled invalid and anyone else is encouraged to Continue on from MBGT - TXKF Bermuda Intl lets finish this thing off.

I was hoping to get another leg in tonite, but I've got a problem with a very sick 1400lb horse that I'm having to at least check on hourly. Maybe tomorrow or tomorrow night.

Is that one leg from MBGT to TXKF? I've got a DC-7 around somewheres that needs some flight time.

You might want to think about a jet Willy unless you have a good tail wind. It's roughly 735 miles and a head wind might put you close to the two hour time limit for the leg if you fly a prop plane.

Just 735nm? I thought it would have been a bit farther. That's not enough distance to pull the -7 out of the hanger for :d. Besides, I'm not sure yall really want me to take the baton if I'm in a jet. It's usually pretty ugly.

Looks like ol' Buddy is going to make it although it was questionable for a while there this evening. Sure am glad about it as I've gotten rather fond of the big goofball. Still checking on him every hour or so though.

LOL ! In typical big gov'mt style there's a rule for EVERYTHING!
Although my lawyers at Dewey, Cheatum & Howe may make an argument for my flight and the "wordy" rule of 11. Intentional Foul Play....
