Ted can tell us whether this is a good deal or not.

I'm at work so this will be short:
This video card has no trouble dealing with overclocked AMD HD 5830s and really only falls a little behind the HD 5850 and overclocked GTX 465. However it is only 192bit which means you would only put this on a medium range Intel a775 socket, low to medium Core i5, or AMD quad core if you mean to use it for FSX. We tested this on an i5 750 and were impressed that it could nearly keep up with the AMD HD5850 and GTX465 standard. Price/performance a pretty deal especially if this about the limit you can afford. However if you can afford a little more video card look at 256 bit 1GB DDR5 vram GTX 460 or 465 OC for better for better performance in FSX. Bandwidth is everything to FSX.
