Very interesting indeed. Notice how the UK virtually stopped testing once they got in the mid 20's. And India let one off and then gave up until Pakistan came on board. It's almost as if their respective governments thought "OK, nothing more left to prove here then, these things are dangerous." Even China hasn't let that many off in comparison to the big two. I notice also that UK and France choose to blow up other peoples land and not their own.
