MAW temporary download location

Until the old home is up again or a new home is found I've put the files up on my webspace.
I havn't tested the files so if there are issues please let me know.
If I have missed files or updates I'd welcome a headsup, too.

those MAW links are long outdated.
MAW is now on the aussie server, links somewhere towards the end in the old sticky.
