    Noorduyn Norseman in Buffalo colours

I think it won't be long until Great Slave Lake is going to unfreeze, so it'll be float plane time again!

    What about this one?

Henry William did an amazing paint kit on it, so I'll just have to fiddle on the fin's cheat lines some more...

Does anyone know what this lettering is about?

    Couldn't find out yet...

    Cheers,
    Markus.

Is that Brian Gladden's Norseman? The paint looks great! I might have a sound pack for it...complete with water sounds. And I might be willing to share it.

Shoot me a PM and I'll send you my E-mail. I could really use the kit as well. Y'know, for some strange reason...

Of course not without your permission, mate!
But as I can see that you're agreeing, the kit is already on its way to OBIO.

    @ Brian:
Pleas drop me your mailaddie via PM!

    Anyone interested in this?

    Nearly ready to upload...

    "Anyone interested in this?"

I'm going out on a limb here and asuming a universal "you betcha" will be the appropriate response.

    Hi!

I have no problem whatsoever distributing the paintkit, on the contrary. I'm just happy that it comes to use again and i expect to see many repaints of the Norseman

The reason i didn't upload the Paintkit is that there are too many layers, some named in norwegian and i can't remember what layer is what :isadizzy:

And also, please upload that beautifull panel!

    Cheers

No probs with the kit, as most of it is self-explanatory and the rest just a matter of try-and-error. It isn't too hard to tell that a layer named "Dørhengsler" is including the door hinges and "Dørbeslag" means "Türbeschlag" (door handle)...
Funny thing to see your layers named in a mixture of your native language and english, as I do the same with my layer stacks.
Thank you again for this amazing kit, Henry!

The panel just needs a final test hop and is to be uploaded. The Buffalo repaint is nearing its completion...

    Cheers,
    Markus.

Hmmm ... strange: works fine here.
Can you obtain the file by hand?
It's in the FS2004 other section.

Never noticed this plane before. I have downloaded HenryW's files from Flightsim. Is there a contactpoints update somewhere? In Claudius's screenshot the wheels look fine but my plane sits much lower. The tailwheel disappears into the runway.
