Does anyone know where I can find pictures of all the Blue Angels badges from the Hellcat to the Hornet? From what I understand the badge design is changed slightly every time the squadron switches to a new aircraft.
Thanks,

The propeller is just a big fan in front of the plane used to keep the pilot cool. When it stops, you can actually watch the pilot start sweating.

Redrooster,
Here's a good link for you:
http://www.blueangels.org/Aircraft/Master/Master.html
It is the Blue Angels Alumni site. I have contacted the site's historian before, and he has been quite helpful.
Navy Chief
They change the silhouette airplanes on the shield to match their current plane.
Thanks Navy Chief, that's exactly what I was looking for!:ernae:

Len Mozey of the Blue Angel Alumni Association is a super fellow and a former A-4 Angel. I did all the models featured in the post linked Chief.
Like Mick said, the type of aircraft they are currently flying is silhouetted on the shield.
