    Beech D18 Repaint

    Does anyone know where/who made this brilliant looking Beech D18?
    I found this on a French FS site. Not sure if it is a addon or a standalone
    anyway...it sure looks nice.....

    One of my favourite fs9 addons.:ernae: Any one know if there are plans to convert it to FSX native?

    I found this site that lists FSX updates for all of Milton Shupes
    addons that are in FS9 format. Don't know how they will work
    (portover?) but it's worth a shot.

    Thanks for your interest.

    I have no plans to convert any of our aircraft to FSX. Most port over okay with minor issues, and most of them have been resolved by other parties, thankfully.

    I continue to work on FS2004 aircraft only, but at a much slower pace.

    Thanks for the replies AZ1USN and Milton
    Whilst I'm a little disappointed that the D18S won't be fully converted to FSX native, Milton, I'm very happy with the current model and I completely understand why you are happy to remain in the FS2004 stable.:ernae::ernae:

    Question

    Wasn't Razbam working on the fsx conversion of the Grizzy? Was it ever released, did I miss it?

    Beech D18 with shockwave lights

    Ok...I lost the recipe for adding shockwave lights to the Beech D18.

    Would like the recipe for adding shockwave lights to the acft.cfg file. Some one gave me that before
    but I've misplaced it.

    I've found a Norcal FSX version on this plane and it works
    perfect in FSX with acceleration.

    Much appreciated and thanks.

    EDIT: I have found the fix:

    LIGHTS]
    // types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit, 5=landing
    // 6=Taxi, 7=Recognition, 8=Wing, 9=Logo, 10=Cabin
    light.0 = 3, -0.6, -23.400, 1.796, fx_shockwave_navred , //Shockwave Red Nav Light
    light.1 = 3, -0.5, 23.400, 1.696, fx_shockwave_navgre , //Shockwave Green Nav Light
    //light.2 = 3, -24.3, 0, 3.700, fx_navwhi , //Not Used (rear nav light built into model)
    //light.3 = 4, 5.00, 0.00, 2.250, fx_vclight , //Not Used
    light.4 = 10, 2.70, 0.00, 2.050, fx_vclight ,
    light.5 = 10, -3.70, 0.00, 3.250, fx_vclight ,
    light.6 = 1, -17.68, 0.00, 4.150, fx_shockwave_beacon_rotating_red , //Shockwave Top Beacon
    light.7 = 1, -0.1, 0.00, -1.400, fx_shockwave_beacon_rotating_red , //Shockwave Bottom Beacon
    light.8 = 5, 0.3, -10.250, -0.9, fx_shockwave_landing_light_low_old , //Shockwave Landing Light
    light.9 = 5, 0.3, 10.250, -0.9, fx_shockwave_landing_light_low_old , //Shockwave Landing Light

    Works great!!!
