Some awesome screenies in this thread, Anthony will be stoked I am sure I also cannot wait to see some community repaints for this in the future. Also you guys should try this in multiplayer with a shared cockpit

Life is tough. It's tougher if you're stupid.
I've been waiting for an fsx version of the tiger moth so I'm very happy especially as its free, great shots Henry and Roger too! :salute:
Impressive work. Thanks!

Thank you for all the kind words and the screenshots. The Tiger Moth was definitely a learning experiment to see what it would be like to create an FSX aircraft which is very different from making scenery. For some stupid reason though I choose an aircraft with ribbed wings (lots of polys) and control wires everywhere (even more polys) but eventually I managed to pull it all together. There are things I would probably do differently (and there are errors in the model) but as they say "practice makes perfect".
Thanks also to all those who have donated. Very much appreciated
P.S. As Cody says check out the baggage. If you have downloaded a piglet plane you will notice he usually has an area for dog treats. The baggage is my homage to the great flying piglet .
nice Brit trainer - extremely fine workmanship - thank you so much for making FSX better with this fine model. :ernae:
much appreciated and I also really like the fine details - and my FPS seem to be largely unaffected...
What can I say but...WOW!!
Thanks so much for a brilliant aircraft that will be in my hangar for a long time!
Bob
Thanks guys very nice!!!

No matter how hard you try, you can't baptize cats.
It's good to see that it doesn't drop FPS almost at all
It's fabulous!

This is what I've always wanted for flightsim! this was discussed here not long ago - and it looks like you've done better than any other Tiger-Moth in flightsim. I'll try and repaint it to G-AHOO, a tiggie I've actually flown!
Thank you
I'd still really like someone to do her up as G-BMPY... I love the pinstripes.
A fantastic plane-really gorgeous, &ideal for exploring the author's airports, and my newly aquired OrbX!
And I love the Aussie sense of humour-the cargo, and the descriptions of the camera angles made me giggle
Its Great! Many thanks!!
Sweet shots !! Man, I am so wrapped for Anthony that this got such an awesome response!

yes i know i cant spell half the time! Thank you kindly to those few who pointed that out
Flys very nice, first takeoff and landing were very smooth with good gauge response. But I can't get the Animation Manager screen to display in 2D or any other view. I've been able to get things turned on and off by playing with cowl flap keys and/or controller assignments for the cowl flaps, but it's inconsistent. The only visual anomalie I've noticed is the pilot and passenger are not displaying completely in "center of the seat" cockpit views for either. Are they supposed to be visible from within the cockpit? From the passenger seat i can see the back of the pilots head and it is displaying correctly. It's like I'm looking through a portion of their goggles which are moving left to right and back. What does the Animation Manager screen look like?
