Nice paint job, I would guess it is the Cloud9 F4.

Yes it's the Cloud 9 F-4. The cfg says it's an F-4F in special colour scheme [no!] for the 35th anniversary of the Jagdgeschwader 72 based at Rheine-Hopsten. The paint is by Vincent van Yperen. I'm not absolutely sure but I think it's in one of the extra livery packs from Cloud 9
