    New freeware

    Hi all, we're having a clear out prior to a new website and some new projects so if you toddle along to the site you'll find some new things alongside the existing free stuff. The total list now reads:

    WorldWar 1 Pack: DH2 and Eindecker series
    CAC Boomerang
    Lavochkin LA9
    Grumman F3F
    Grumman Panther F9F
    Supermarine Spitfire IXTR Two-seater
    Messerschmitt ME109E
    Supermarine Seafire MkIIC and L3
    Supermarine Schmittfire
    Sopwith B

    You can get them by going to the FREE pages, the STORES pages or the READ MORE mini sites buttons.

    Have fun!

    Thank you very much indeed. I remember buying the Boomerang package when it was first released and only came across the disk a few days ago when having a little Spring Clean!

    Look forward to flying her again along with the La-9 too.

    Best wishes,

    Martin

    For those that downloaded the WW I pack for the DH-2 and Fokker E.III, I found they sit a little low in the turf and assigned some new contact points for each.

    Airco DH-2:

    [contact_points]
    static_pitch = 12.8
    static_cg_height = 5.54
    tailwheel_lock = 1
    max_number_of_points = 9

    point.0 = 3, -15.5475, 0, -3.15, 1200, 0, 0, 0, 0.4, 2.5, 0.495, 0, 0, 7, 0, 0
    point.1 = 1, 0.70, -3.6, -6.35, 1600.0, 0, 1.10, 0.0, 0.400, 2.5, 0.486, 0.0, 0.0, 2.0, 0.0, 0.0
    point.2 = 1, 0.70, 3.6, -6.35, 1600.0, 0, 1.10, 0.0, 0.400, 2.5, 0.482, 0.0, 0.0, 3.0, 0.0, 0.0

    Fokker E.III/IV

    [contact_points]
    static_pitch = 11.3
    static_cg_height = 4.9
    tailwheel_lock = 1
    max_number_of_points = 7

    point.0 = 1, -16.9594, 0, -2.1, 1181.1, 0, 0.519, 180, 0.304, 2.5, 0.695, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0
    point.1 = 1, 1.88, -3.5, -5.57, 1574.8, 0, 1.119, 0, 0.304, 1.5, 0.686, 0, 0, 2, 0, 0
    point.2 = 1, 1.865, 3.5, -5.57, 1574.8, 0, 1.119, 0, 0.304, 1.5, 0.682, 0, 0, 3, 0, 0

    I also did a new prop blur for the Eindecker, but the DH-2 may be another story. I have difficulty with prop blurs done in DXT1. The Eindecker prop blur is attached in the zip.

    I saw this topic hours ago. Everyone was making replies. I had to refresh the screen several times because I figured I was virtually blind. I was dumbfounded :isadizzy:

    First the free ones from SOH, now these. from the looks of it, I'll be getting the Eindecker for sure!!!!

    Thanks a bunch Bazz :salute:

    Edit- Thanks for the contact points update Cazzie

    This is a nice representation. Love the spinning rotaries. The sounds aren't bad either.

    A little weathering & tame the alpha. Is there a paintkit for the Eindecker by chance?

    The engine sounds on the CAC Boomerang are unbelievable! Could be some of the best warbird sounding engine sounds I've heard. Man when you wind her up and make a flyby from the tower view...
