Scatch built SR-71

I was trolling airplane model sites last night when I can across this forum thread. This guy is building a 1/32 scale SR-71 from scratch. I spent a few hours reading a looking at his progress pics. The thread is 36 pages long so far as it is still a work in progress.

WOW is the word. It makes me want to dig out my modelling tools that I just packed away. I have always wanted to make a large scale Concorde and Tu-144 but could never visualize how to start it. That gentleman's techniques are awesome!
