If it had been any other aircraft then the answer would have been no! But as this is a premier CC aircraft I say :salute::ernae:

Like many here I too look forward to the finished b-24..Finally a b-24 for everyone..THANK YOU FOR THIS EFFORT..
I may wait until this bird is out, before I finish the Polesiti mission pack..It would be better for everyone, to have the needed aircraft, instead of using a re painted halifax or a B-17???
Major Magree has been kind enough to send a skin for the B-24 and the Halifax to use in this mission set..And I shall contact him to get his opinion on this..Before I deside what is best for all..
Again THANK YOU for the great effort in all of this..:ernae:

I have spoken to Major Magee and he advised to finish this set as is..And to revise them later whenever the Freeware aircraft is finished...Off to work I go..

yet again has the cc gotten overseen not given the proper recognition of their featsagains a superior enemy......well the weathered pilots of the cc are all to familiar to being short of pilots, short of modern a/c...and yet..they proudly batter on agains an evil enemy....but hear me the tide will turn, the tide will turn

    Hold on there mate

The b-24 better known as the GRV was a CC plane. Also the PBY4 was too. They were nice targets for our Ju88's

Cheers, Steve! I was a bit worried about the poly content of my own VC, but your pics are putting my mind to rest. Gotta go flesh out some more details...

(I've seen enough external shots of WIPs to get an idea of what's needed and what's not. Pics of VCs? Rare as hen's teeth!)

it's not an either/or situation, CC lovers appreciate the work on both aircraft. No other aircraft did as much to close the Atlantic Gap, well aprt from the Fortress squadrons based on the Azores!
