Milton's Freight Commander vc rain fix?

Hi, I ran into a old problem Ive seen but trying to find the solution. When I fly into weather,rain, the windows turn blue making flying impossible. I now there is a edit or file fix and could use some help. BTW I also have his FSX commander which doesnt have this problem so maybe I can rob some info or files from it.
Any help appreciated.

The solution is to move the VCRain textures from your FS9 texture folder into your FSX Texture folder
