You have a good board and CPU with a great OC...

Not knowing your Ram speed or its CAS Latency you should see some nice improvement with just one card..

You should only then maybe need to do one tweak in the FSX config.

    TBM from default (40) to 10...20 60...70...80...90...maybe 110.

    Start with 10 though

Well I pulled one card and dropped my TBM from 70 to 10 and my stutters have dropped off (I already used 6.5 for LOD). I set my options up as txnetcop has them in FSX and for out in the wilderness it was great (24-25 fps and smooth) but around CYYZ (Toronto) frames dropped to 14-15. By lowering the heavy traffic to 6% , GA to 15%, and water to 2x mid I was able to get 17 - 20 fps with almost no stuttering.

I usually fly with no traffic so this is OK. I'll experiment with traffic and the TBM a bit more yet.

    My memory is 4GB Mushkin 1000MHz Ascents running at 498.3MHz 5-5-5-12 2T.

Thanks for your advice guys, I'm going to tweak a bit more and see where it gets me.
