Has anyone ever actually released a completed C-162 Skycatcher for FS9? I know that Milton Shupe based a rather indepth Gmax tutorial around that model...but I haven't seen a finished version.

It was in Avsim, Cessna Skycatcher
Abacus has a payware one, about $20 IIRC.

Ferry is correct. Bill Leaming did the panel for it ... very nicely done panel too.

Not sure about that panel ... the 162 a twist grip like stick that operates like a yoke. But, it makes a great alternative.
This is a C162 panel... :ernae:

Thanks Milton. I have sent Bill a PM on Flightsim. I have not yet heard from him. Bob.
I have the Abacus one and I also have flown a 162 in real life. The Abacus one is pretty good. I use it to stay current. The real 162 has a weird control stick that moves side to side for aileron control and forward and back for elevator. The avionics are pretty spot on and it flys just as twitchy as the real aircraft. Wind pushes it around in real life a lot because it is so light.

Hi Thanks. I am looking for a 2d glass panel bmp for the Flight1 C-162 like the one that N4GIX made. Bill does not have it anymore and did not know if he ever uploaded it. Bob.
The one Bill made was for the payware Abacus version so doubtful he would upload it anywhere.
I had an issue as others have had with the Flight1 Garmin 300 units being real frame rate killers. Since I had the payware Abacus and now freeware Flight1 I brought the Abacus units in and it is now a nice aircraft. Bill did an outstanding job on the Garmins. Absolutely no frame rate hit at all when turned on. Not sure what is going on with the Flight1 units on my system but I go from 29 fps to 7-8 fps with the flick of the On switch.
Anyway, how I did it is here: http://www.simforums.com/forums/low-...opic58865.html
Its a WIP. Might bring the 2D panel over as well.
