Could someone clarify if either of these will be native FSX addons?
Yes they will be. If you read the thread, they will have an FS9 version and then a completely new native FSX version.

About time...
Hopefully they will decide to do the FSX version first and have more detail... :mixedsmi:
Though I don't know if they will suit my desires regardless. I wouldn't want to fly a C-5M without all the fancy avionics and systems modeling that makes it a C-5M over the old versions.
Time to coerce PMDG to do a military aircraft lol.
Very cool! thanks for the HU Lenny!!
Just realized they are the same group that did the Cobra at simmarket, nice work.
So, who's C-17 will be first to hit the streets...
We have none and soon there will be three (AS, UKMIL and now this new outfit).

I know Area51 made a damn fine AH-1S. Always flying it.
You might be surprised by the UKMIL C-17.

Just got the AH-1 Cobra from Area 51 for a very reasonable price. She flies very well, the vc cockpit is good and the external model is excellent. There is a nice group of paints included. I highly recommend this bird. Check out the site. You can't go wrong.

I saw at the Area-51 site that you also have a F-22 Raptor planned? Why did you choose to do the C-17 and/or C-5M first while there are several alternatives being developed or already released by other developers?
If I were you I'd do the F-22 first. But then again, I'm more into fighters than into freighters, so :P.
ours will not have a true to life VC, and will only have basic VC setup due to limited XML Gauge programming knowledge by myself, but it will be free, and will fill a gap.
