    Question FS9 Wildcat in FSX

    Does anyone have a fix for the missing instruments and the half-screen spot view?

    ananda,

    Go into the Wildcat's panel folder, open the panel cfg.... scroll down to the bottom and add this line to it or modify the numbers if it already exist. This entry is from the FSX default Beech Baron.

    This 1/4 split page view is common to "port overs" from FS9 into FSX

    [Default View]
    X=0
    Y=0
    SIZE_X=8192
    SIZE_Y=2500

    ... the gauges, well I have no idea.

    Go to [window00] and look for the line "render_3D_window=1" and delete it. That may fix the split screen. I'm not sure about the gauges...maybe not compatible with FSX.

    Yes, it is the donationware, no gauges were included. Would you like to post the panel.cfg please?

    In my opinion this is one bird we need for fsx, I don't know what it is but my favorite thing about this aircraft is the undercarriage, why I do not know lol but it is!

    Hehehe... lots of goodies that the home team Donationware group did that we would love to see in FSX.... I got a TBD sitting in the restoration shop undergoing some transformations into FSX.
