Liechtenstein! Could it be one of the rare products of the Liechtenstein National Aircraft Factory? No? Oh well, I suppose I'd better look at Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia & Slovakia.
You're not, Mike, being singled out for the 'we're too busy to serve you at the moment' treatment. I get it nearly every morning.i I can live with it but I'd be interested to know what causes it. Are there lots of people who like simulating flight before lunch but occupy themselves elsewhere for the rest of the day?
Succinct as ever ! The weather reconnaissance aircraft nicknamed the "Höhengeier". Over to you, Chris -
(This particular one was actually the Fw47C - D-IVYL)
Thanks Kevin. I don't think we are being too impatient - this has gone on for years, but has recently got a lot worse - 2 1/2 hours this morning - and it is every morning. Hope Dave can find a magic wand !
What really irks is finally getting to post, then halfway through, it crashes again - hope this one works !
Talking of Italy, has anyone heard from Carlo recently? He doesn't seem to have posted since late May, when he was about to go into hospital for a check-up.
I think it is Open House, so here is a two-parter to get things going - a wee dram for the aircraft, and a beer chaser if you can tell me where it is !
(Mike, have not heard from Carlo - have sent an e-mail today)
A "Red Herring" aircraft I didn't want to do one so quick again. Said I don't drink beer let alone two. Thanks
Not a "Real" Pilot since I don't drink coffee either.
I selected this perspective deliberately where the special arrangement of the wings isn't obvious and a Ca.100 with a Cirrus engine probably would have been too easy.
