Interesting indeed - in my ignorance, I have always pronounced it 'Blosh'. Didn't know it had a Scottish/Germanic guttural 'ch'. (only truly hard, Kevin, if you are an English tourist, who refers to Lock Ness ! )
It's easier to pronounce it 'Dassault'!
