Not the greatest pix.
Chris
look at the fuselage only one company I know of had fuselages like this one.
Chris
If we think of the same company and if Flight 1922 is right, then this should be the Huff-Daland HD-9A

I didn't even notice the railing. It looks like part of the the wing struts. When Chris mentioned the fuselage I thought how it was squared off or something.
Over to Uli right on. Anyone got pics of HD-8 or HD 22?
Chris
The next is from another season in another country

Yes indeed, another Kjeller product.

Should be a quick easy one. It's brother has been on the thread.
Chris
That is the Technoavia Rysachok, a Russian racehorse which seems to have stalled in the starting gate !
Apparently designed to replace the An-2 - a hard act to follow........
Thanks for the quick reply I knew it wouldn't last long as I'm off for a long weekend in California.
Over to you.
Chris
Thanks Chris - the Russian colours (the blue is paler than most tricolours) set me on the right path. Do you think they gave the pilot a ladder ??
Here's a colourless flivver waiting for a sunnier day......wonder if anyone knows what the colour was ??
Hey Carlo
Good to hear from you - hope you have chased off those problems - you are of course right about the wee Gordon ! Salute
Thanks Mike!
I hope this one hasn't been published as yet….
Cheers

Hi Carlo.
A flivver from Poland, the Zalewski WZ-XII.
Thanks, Carlo, here we go.
Time for a floater.
It is the Caspar!
Over to Texas, please.
Thanks Robert.
Keeping the water theme going...
Here is a closer shot of the engine. Very nice and clean engineering for it's time.
Note the 3-bladed prop. The engine is of a distinctive type which can easily be searched, leading to this flying boat so I will hold that back.
Well it looks like a rotary pusher to me, but that hasn't helped much !
Could it be a Salmson Canton-Unné engine?
Not a Salmson Mike. This floater was custom built for a client and hails from the USA. Flown just prior to WWI.
